Engagement Opportunities for Admitted Students

Congratulations on your offer of admission to Ithaca College! The best way for you to picture your future as a member of the IC community is to visit. Walk the halls and the quads. Step into our classrooms, labs, fitness centers, and practice and performance spaces. Talk with current students, faculty, and staff, and hear their stories. Come whenever you can! To register, students should log in to their IC Connect account.

Experience Ithaca

Experience for yourself how students live, engage, and learn at IC as you tour IC's campus and facilities and learn more about academics and student life by interacting with current students, faculty, and staff as well as other admitted students.

Open House

Wondering if IC is the right college for you—or just want to take advantage of an opportunity to visit? Come experience for yourself what IC is all about! During this program, you'll tour campus and have plenty of opportunities to ask current IC students and staff all your questions. (Note: this open house is for all prospective IC students and their family members, regardless of whether they've applied or received an offer of admission.)

Connect Over Cocoa Social

Enjoy a cup of hot chocolate, games, and a warm fire as you connect with current IC students, learn about their experiences, and get to know our community in a casual setting. (Sign up separately for a campus tour and/or information session earlier that day or the following day to get even more information about IC.)

Daily Campus Visit Opportunities

We're eager to welcome you to campus anytime (not just on the dates of our formal programs)!

Sign up for opportunities of interest on the date that works for you:

  • Campus Visit: Information Sessions and Guided Campus Tours and School-specific tours (business; communications; health sciences; music; theatre arts)

Online Admitted Student Program

Designed to supplement our on-campus programs - and a great opportunity if you can't visit campus - you'll connect virtually with faculty, staff, current students, and alumni to learn more about as many topics as are of interest to you: academics, housing, career services, and many more.
