Campus Climate Survey Results
On April 25, the Campus Climate Committee and its survey partner, Rankin Climate, presented key findings from the Fall 2023 Campus Climate Survey. The live-streamed presentation was recorded and is available on the Campus Climate website.
As a reminder, you can access the full Key Findings Report and Presentation slides via the SharePoint links listed on the Campus Climate website. Please note that you will need to provide your Ithaca College login credentials in order to access these documents. A hard-copy version of the final Key Findings Report can also be made available for viewing by contacting campusclimate@ithaca.edu. Additionally, the Campus Climate Committee will be hosting opportunities for community members to share their thoughts, ideas, and perspectives on its findings to help inform and guide the priorities and decisions for the next stage of this work.

Annual Performance Review

Retiree Celebration
We are excited to invite the Ithaca College Community to our Employee Retirement Celebration Reception to honor the dedication and commitment of our retirees to Ithaca College!
This year, the Office of Human Resources has teamed up with the Office of the President to hold our retirement recognition event during our final Pop-up Pub of the 2023-2024 academic year on Friday, May 3, 2024, from 4:00 - 5:30 pm in the Dillingham Lobby on the Ithaca College campus. The reception will feature light hors d’oeuvres, cheese and crackers, and a cash bar featuring specialty cocktails, local wine and beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. Individuals must be 21 to purchase alcohol. To round out the celebration, there will be a brief program to honor and recognize these amazing retirees:

Employee Appreciation Picnic
We invite all faculty and staff to join us at the Employee Appreciation Picnic on Thursday, May 23, 2024, from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm in the Campus Center Dining Hall and on the Campus Center Quad to thank you for your hard work and dedication over this past academic year! Summer Restorative Fridays
Summer Restorative Fridays will extend from May 24, 2024, to August 2, 2024. For all non-exempt, benefits-eligible employees, please see below for biweekly timecard instructions. Employees will be compensated at their regular pay rate. If you were scheduled to work a partial day, the hours will be recorded using three lines:

Wellness Hours Worked (day, evening, night) – 3.0 hours AND

Supplemental Time Earned – 3.0 hours
Student employees who work Fridays will be paid at their regular rate for hours worked. For offices that will be fully closed on Summer Restoration Fridays, student employees are not expected to work. If work can be performed remotely and with minimal supervision, supervisors can make that arrangement with their student employee(s). Educational Benefits
Spring is in the air, and it is time to submit educational benefit applications for the Fall 2024 Semester. Applications for dependent and employee tuition remission are due by July 15 and cash awards are due by August 31. To access the form, click this link to be directed to our website. Once on this page, scroll down to the Employee/Dependent Tuition Remission form, complete the information, and submit the form. Please note the student (dependent) will need to complete the application. Once the student (dependent) submits the application, the form will be routed through an approval process. The form then route to the parent, Human Resources, and Student Financial Services. For additional information related to eligibility for educational benefits please visit our website.
