These employee contributions are made on a pre-tax basis and will be directed to the Target Income Moderate Model portfolio.
Also as of August 1 each year, employee contributions to the 403(b) retirement plan will automatically increase by 1% up to the maximum amount of 15% for automatic increases. The annual automatic increase feature has been in place since February of 2018 and is a tool that can assist employees with their long-term savings goals for retirement.

Welcome Home Wednesday
Are you new to the area and looking to meet other professionals? If so, Welcome Home Wednesday is a great way to meet others. Join them August 2nd from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm at Salt Point Brewery in Lansing if interested! There will be a few tables reserved with signage. The event is free though Salt Point has a delicious array of beers and food available for purchase, as well as non-alcoholic options. The brewery is extremely family friendly (kiddos & dogs welcome), so anyone is welcome to bring them along and make some new friends. Attendees are asked to register in advance to give the Welcome Home Wednesday team an idea of how many people to expect. Welcome Home Wednesday is presented by Tompkins Community Bank with support from Cayuga Health System, Silo Food Truck, The Ithaca Voice and Ithaca College.
