2024 Tax Forms – ADP W-2 and 1095-C Forms
ADP is a service providing employees access to electronic copies of W-2 and 1095-C forms dating back to 2020. 2024 forms are now available.
To access, view, and print your W-2 and 1095-C forms:

Go to https://my.adp.com
-
Click Create Account (If you have already completed the registration process, login with your system generated User ID and unique password created when you registered)

Click I have a registration code, then enter the Registration Pass Code which is: IHA1NY-Bombers
-
Enter your Legal Name and select W-2 Services as the Service
-
The following information is required for validation purposes:
-
Employee ID # - This can be found on your paystub in IC HR Cloud
-
Company Code - UGX
-
Employee Zip Code (home address zip code)
-
Full Social Security Number
You will be prompted to complete a registration process during which you will select a unique password. Your password must contain between 8 to 20 characters and at least one alpha and one numeric character. Additionally, you will be assigned a system generated User ID, which you should
save for your records and future access. Once you have completed the registration process, you should “Bookmark” or “Add to your Favorites” the new URL, https://my.adp.com.
Paper forms of the W-2 and 1095-C forms will be mailed to your current mailing address on file.

HSA Tax Information
If you were enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA) in 2024, you will receive a 1099-SA from Inspira Financial. The 1099-SA provides information for tax purposes on any distributions taken in 2024.
Inspira will begin mailing 1099-SA forms (HSA tax documents) to participants on January 28, 2025. The 1099-SA forms will also be available for download by the end of the day on January 29, 2025. To access, view, and print your 1099-SA, login to www.aetna.com or www.inspirafinancial.com > under Documents & Forms select, My Documents, then Tax Forms. You will be asked to check appropriate boxes on your tax forms to provide information contained on the 1099-SA. You do not need to attach this form to your tax return. We do suggest that you keep this document with the rest of your tax related items for future reference.

Ithaca College Launches Employee Emergency Relief Fund
Ithaca College and the Office of Human Resources are pleased to announce that the Employee Emergency Relief Fund is now live and accepting applications for funding requests. This fund provides financial assistance of up to $500 to faculty and staff facing hardships such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen challenges impacting basic living needs.
This fund relies on the generosity of the IC community. Learn more, apply for assistance, or donate today by visiting the Ithaca College Employee Emergency Relief Fund webpage. Every contribution helps build a stronger, more supportive IC community!

Inspira Debit Cards
A new card will automatically be generated by Inspira 2-3 weeks prior to your current cards expiration date. Inspira will send new debit cards to employees who have a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending account. Cards will be mailed to home addresses on file. If your address has recently changed, please update your person record in IC HR Cloud as this information is transmitted to Inspira after each payroll.
