Non-Exempt Employee Timecard Submission for Wellness Day and Thanksgiving Holiday
In accordance with the IC Holiday and Wellness Day Schedule, the College will observe a Wellness Day on Wednesday, November 27, and a College holiday on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29. Please refer to these instructions to submit time for those days.

Mandatory NYS Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Training
As part of our commitment to a respectful and inclusive workplace, all employees are required to complete training mandated by New York State on preventing sexual harassment and discrimination each fiscal year. On Friday, November 8, you received an email notification with instructions to access the training in the Finance and HR Cloud. The training is self-paced and should take approximately 1.5 hours to complete. You can save your progress at any time and return later to finish, providing flexibility in your schedule.

End of Year New Hires and Onboarding Sessions As we approach the end of the year and the upcoming holidays, please note the following for new hire start dates. There will be no new hires scheduled to begin work the week of Thanksgiving (November 25 – 29) or after the week of December 9, 2024. Remaining in-person onboarding sessions are scheduled for December 2, and December 9. Sessions are held on the Garden Level of the Peggy Ryan Williams Center, G052, from 9:00AM to 11:00AM. New hire start dates, in-person orientation and remote onboarding sessions will resume Monday, January 6, 2025. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. It’s Time to Revisit Your Flexible Work Plan for 2025!
As we look ahead to the new year, now is the time to review and update your Flexible Work Plan (FWP).
What to Do Next:

Review Your Plan: Evaluate whether your current FWP is still effective and reflective of the needs of your role and team.

Collaborate: Employees and supervisors should work together to determine if any adjustments are necessary for 2025.

Submit Updates: All FWPs must be resubmitted and approved by January 6, 2025, for the upcoming year.
